ChaseList Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free trial: 14 days. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
• Automatic renewal: after the trial, your plan (Solo $19/month or Pro $39/month, plus applicable tax) is charged automatically every month until you cancel.
• How to cancel: online in ChaseList → Billing → Cancel subscription (one click, no call needed), or email info@helloaurora.ai. We confirm cancellations by email.
• When it takes effect: at the end of the current trial or billing month. You keep access until then.
• Refunds: monthly fees are non-refundable, including partial months. Exceptions: if you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we refund in full. If we materially reduce your paid plan or end the Service, we refund the unused portion. To request one, email info@helloaurora.ai within 30 days of the charge.
• Your data after cancellation: export available for 30 days, then deleted (see Terms §6).
