ChaseList Acceptable Use Policy

You may use ChaseList only to request and collect documents from your own clients for legitimate business purposes. You must not:

1. Upload or request content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to collect.
2. Request special-category data (health, biometric, etc.) or full payment card numbers (PAN/CVV) through checklists.
3. Use reminders for marketing, spam, or messages to people who are not your clients. Reminder emails must relate to an existing client relationship.
4. Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, overload or bypass the security of the Service or other customers' data.
5. Share upload links publicly, or resell or sublicense the Service.
6. Use the Service in violation of export controls or sanctions laws. We may suspend content or accounts that breach this policy, with notice where reasonable. Report abuse to info@helloaurora.ai.
